Submit Your Video

WE WANT YOU TO SHARE YOUR FEST MEMORIES! UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS FOR THE PFF ARCHIVES AND YOU MAY SEE THEM APPEAR DURING THE LIVE BROADCAST!

Storytelling is one of the most vital parts of the folk tradition, and even though we cannot gather around the campfire to “spin our yarns” into the wee hours of the morning this year, we would love to hear from our folk family via video!

Turn your camera to selfie mode and send us a video of you telling us your oral history of Fest! Be it a favorite festival story, the history of your campsite, a musical memory, how you met the love of your life, a message of encouragement for the PFS community, a Gene Shay bad joke, or even your favorite Gene Shay memory to be aired throughout the weekend between performances. Share your memories with us to extend the spirit of the festival from your living room to ours!

Have incredible photos or videos from Festivals past? We’d love to see those too and add them to our archives. Your photos and videos may even show up during the live broadcast!

Videos should be up to 60 seconds in length and recorded in horizontal “landscape” orientation. Please see Terms and Conditions before submitting. The Philadelphia Folksong Society will review all video submissions and please understand that we may need to edit for length and/or content.

Submit by August 1st and keep an eye out for yourself on the livestream throughout the weekend! Having trouble uploading to the form? Attach your photos/videos to an email or send a link to pff59@pfs.org with the subject line FEST IS WHERE THE HEART IS!
