About Bruce Sudano:
Hit songwriter Bruce Sudano is back, touring in support of his latest EP, Ode to a Nightingale. Its lead track “Cosmic Ride” was premiered by New Folk Initiative with radio legend John Platt calling it “an upbeat rocker that’s reminiscent of Jeff Lynne or Tom Petty. It’s also got an upbeat message that’s very timely.” The new record succeeds a pair of equally immediate, thoughtful, and urgent mini-albums issued in 2020. Released last April, Spirals Vol. 1: Not a Straight Line to Be Found was praised by Americana Highways for its “five moving songs about life, love and death that captivate and hold the listener’s attention.” Sudano’s October 2020 follow-up Spirals Vol. 2: Time and the Space In Between garnered a four-star review from American Songwriter, with freelance writer/author Lee Zimmerman noting, “Sudano’s found himself on a steady roll.”

Sudano is best-known for his work creating songs for pop icons like Dolly Parton (“Starting Over Again”), Michael & Jermaine Jackson (“Tell Me I’m Not Dreamin'”), and his late wife, Donna Summer (“Bad Girls”). His decades-spanning career has evolved from spinning together R&B and disco in his band Brooklyn Dreams to fusing pop and rock through his solo career. The singer/songwriter is now focusing his time on crafting elaborate stories that touch the listener’s inner-most hopes and dreams. With uplifting messages, funky instrumentals, and stunning creative direction, Bruce Sudano’s discography is unlike any other. Take a dip into his whimsical soundscape and let it wash over you in a warm, all-embracing way.
