Last Chance

Last Chance is a Philadelphia based duo whose intelligent, original, handcrafted songs appeal to audiences of diverse ages and musical tastes and are performed from the heart with an emphasis on fun. They’ve appeared at the Philadelphia Folk Festival in four previous years. 

Jack Scott and Ingrid Rosenback met in 2011 and formed their duo the following year. Ingrid is a classically trained violinist and Jack is a songwriter with roots in traditional folk music. They both sing, with Jack on guitar and 5-string banjo while Ingrid plays fiddle and harmonica. Their original songs are played everywhere and anywhere, and the pair are as comfortable in theaters and festivals as they are in blues clubs and libraries. Well received and having won the Delmarva Folk Festival Folk Hero Contest in 2018, Last Chance songs are heard live, recorded and regularly played on Philadelphia’s WXPN and on college and community radio stations across the U.S, Canada and Europe. Their latest album, Heart of the Forest, released this summer, is their sixth.
