The applications for both Food and Craft Vendors are both OPEN for the 2025 Philadelphia Folk Festival, hosted in Upper Salford Township on August 15, 16, 17, 2025.

Craft Vendors

Crafts at the Philadelphia Folk Festival is a three-day, outdoor, juried show held as a part of the music festival. We host 35-40 craftspeople and a small number of vendors of imported goods every August. We welcome artisans of all mediums including, but no limited to: glass, metal, textile, and leather workers and jewelers, select vendors of imported goods, holistic services providers, face painters, and more!

Please complete your Crafts Interest Form by March 1, 2025 for consideration.

Food Vendors

Food vendors pay a flat rate, based on square footage, to operate at our festival. Vendors will be given credentials for employees working the festival, but not all-festival access and camping. All food vendors will need to comply with Montgomery County Health Department regulations.
