Heather Hurlock crafts cinematic folk songs that shimmer with emotion and depth; her performances are raw, intimate, and warm all at once. Co-founder of the Philly barn rock band Tin Bird Choir, she released her first solo recordings in 2025, "Winter Birds" landed a spot on the Folk Music Chart, and formed the folk duo Hurlock & Hinton with longtime collaborator Brad Hinton. Her recent solo song "Freedom" was selected as a finalist in the WXPN songwriting contest. Her band includes Philly mainstays Brad Hinton (Keystone Breakers), Johnny Killgore (Frog Holler), Kiley Ryan (Chris Kasper), Adam Coffinberger (Valley Vision), Ellen Houle (Tin Bird Choir), and David Hall (Lone Cricket). She's based in rural Chester County, PA
